Terms and Conditions are set out and applicable to anyone who accesses or uses the Equality Leaders website and community via www.equalityleaders.com. By access and using the Service fully or partially, you are indicating to agree and be bound by and adhere to the following terms between you and the owner of Equality Leaders.

Equality Leaders reserves the right to deny membership, amend or modify the service terms or any part of it without advance note.

The service terms will indicate a published date on which they were last updated. Your continued use of service will indicate your acceptance and agreement with any and all such amendments and/or modifications. If you do not agree to the terms of service, your only option is not to use the service and to terminate your account, for which you previously signed- up.

Some parts of the website are available to registered users only. By completing the registration account details and creating your unique login details, you have accepted the terms and conditions as laid out in this document. Additionally, by subscribing to any of our email services, you have accepted the terms and conditions as laid out in this document.

When you become a member: You must be 18 years or older to hold a member account which will qualify you to use the service; when creating your member account, you must provide your full contact details as specified within the form; from time to time you may be required to provide additional details as a condition of continuing to use part(s) or all of the service; update any information provided about yourself immediately if it becomes inaccurate and ensure that the email address in your account is at all time valid so that we can contact and communicate with you; you must not provide any false or inaccurate information whether during the registration process or otherwise; only one person may use a log-in. Stated differently, a single login must not be shared by multiple users; an account may not be transferred or converted to a new account; you acknowledge and agree that the service terms will apply to anyone that you authorise, allow or otherwise permit to use your account, user ID and/or password that you create, and, moreover, that you will be personally responsible and solely liable for the consequences, including the potential termination of your account(s), that may result if any such person(s) violates any of the provisions of the service terms; Equality Leaders reserves the right to cancel your registration to the site and/or refuse you access to restricted areas immediately and without giving you any advance notice. Nor shall we be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising from your inability to access any pages on the site.

Content Standards: when providing content, you agree to comply with our content standards at all times; contribution of content must comply with applicable law in the U.K. and in any country from which they are contributed from; contribution of content must not: contain any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive or illegal; contain or promote violent or sexually explicit material; promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; infringe any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights; breach any legal duty; promote any illegal activity; be likely to harass any other person; be used to misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; the content provided will be of interest to the community members; when providing content for publishing, you grant Equality Leaders a royalty-free license to publish content for an in-definite period; the content you provide is your work and your copyright; when content is published you will be credited for the work.

Intellectual Property Rights: Equality Leaders is the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual property rights content in our site, the material published on it, and the materials provided for our Online Learning Series. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved; in these terms, Intellectual Property Rights means moral rights, trademarks, business names and domain names, goodwill, rights in computer software, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in force now or in the future in any part of the world; you must not use any part of our content for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.

Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude Equality Leaders liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud; or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law; subject to the previous paragraph: (a) Equality Leaders shall have no liability for any special damages, loss of profits, loss and/or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss; (b) Equality Leaders cannot guarantee that the content of the website will be free from errors and omissions, or that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted; and (c) Equality Leaders total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total of your fees paid to Equality Leaders.

Payments & Pricing: you must hold either a valid credit or debit card, an account with an approved third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal), or any other approved payment method that the community notifies to you in order to pay for any premium service that involves a charge; where charges apply, your use of the Service is and will be billed by the community owner in accordance with billing procedures that it notifies to you; when you provide the community owner with details about your chosen payment method, you are (i) representing that you are the owner (or an authorised user) of the payment method you have chosen, and (ii) confirming that the community owner is entitled to charge the referenced payment method for the particular registration fee and other charges (if any) applicable to the particular premium service that you have chosen; you are responsible for all of the charges that are incurred as a result of your use of the service, including, without limitation, any applicable taxes, as well as for all purchases made by you or anyone else that you authorise, allow or otherwise permit to access and use your account(s) and/or any web page(s) or content that relates to your account(s); you are also responsible for any Internet service provider charges, as well as for any telephone, wireless and/or other connection fees that you may incur when accessing and using the Service; The community owner reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, change, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice to you or any third party.

DE&I Masterclass: When joining the DE&I Masterclass Membership, you enter into a 12 month membership period, and is subject to payment of the Membership fee each year. The payment terms are 14 days from the day of the invoice. The Membership is renewable on a yearly basis until the agreement is terminated by either party. The Membership fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Masterclass content and location may be amended at any time and sufficient notice will be given to Members.

Data Protection Act: we take the protection of your data seriously; the personal data you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with Equality Leaders; data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy which is available on our Site.
