Information Collected: The information collected by Equality Leaders Limited depends on how an individual uses our website. When an individual registers to become a member of the community, we will collect the individuals contact information so that we may fulfil the individual’s request for services and products, or which is provided to us by a third party acting for you or on your behalf. The information an individual provides, will automatically be logged in our files.

We collect data for a multiple of reasons: when registering to become a user of our services as a member; logged in member activity; marketing email campaigns; receive newsletters and communicating services; invitation to our online and in-person events; when purchasing products or services; communicating with our members via email; telephone call or text; to maintain and support member accounts that you have with us.

You cannot opt-out of service-related emails if you are an account holder, as this is part of the service provided by Equality Leader.

Data sharing: If you sign up for an online or in person event hosted or co-hosted by Equality Leaders and its partners/sponsors, your details  will be shared with selected partners and sponsors. Your data will be shared with our suppliers who operate our products and services and other systems to help us deliver our business. All our suppliers are required to comply with all applicable data protection regulation.

Updating your details: You may update or remove personal information by making the changes on your member account page.

You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time by contacting us. However, that will mean we can no longer provide the services or products or any other requested content to you.
