Your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Masterclass
Knowledge-build with practitioners to design impactful DE&I strategies
2025 | London
About our Masterclass
Our London Masterclass is an in-person learning experience designed to build practitioner competencies and knowledge-share good practice.
It has been carefully curated to ensure learning is collaborative, context-relevant, and laser-focused on the unique challenges you and your teams face.
Alongside fellow cross-industry DE&I practitioners, we bring you expert facilitators who guide you through each session with action learning elements, to ensure you walk away with the evidence-based insights needed as change enablers.
This is about building your competencies, connecting you to thought leadership, and successfully achieving DE&I together.
Key Strategic Focuses
AI offers unique opportunities for us to propel DE&I forward at pace, but with it, comes great responsibility too. While it can integrate DE&I at every stage of our employee engagement journey, there is a need for robust guidance and safeguarding.
Areas of Discussion:
- Can AI and its potential do more good than harm?
- What opportunities does AI present for DE&I practitioners and their practice?
- How do we ensure AI positively contributes to our DE&I purpose/mission while safeguarding people’s safety?
Fostering inter-ERG collaboration is a necessity if we are to adopt an intersectional approach, making resource-sharing and joint organising the norm, not the exception. Seeing each other as complementary and interdependent, rather than competing and separate is a must.
Areas of Discussion:
- What gets in the way of cultivating collaboration between ERGs?
- What needs to happen to begin coalescing around the experiences of multiply-marginalised folk?
- What does effective collaboration look like in practice?
Learn how Cultural Intelligence CQ® elevates your inclusive leadership practice, giving you the tools to adapt to diversity and gain insight into cultural values and how they impact the ways in which you bridge differences to build high-performing teams.
Areas of Discussion:
- How do cultural values influence our ability to lead in effective ways?
- How does CQ enable and grow our inclusive leadership capabilities?
- How can we bridge differences across borders, international teams, and generations to build cultures of belonging?
In the last quarter of 2023 in the UK alone, the disability employment gap was 27.9%. This is even higher when it comes to the marked lack of disability visibility in leadership roles. Redressing this absence is vital if we are to embrace true inclusivity.
Areas of Discussion:
- What are the barriers and opportunities for improved disability visibility in our leadership pipelines?
- How do ableist standards hinder career growth for Disabled employees?
- How can we best support managers and leaders to give them the confidence and competence needed to design disability-inclusive workplaces?
This session aims to synthesise key takeaways from the day, and is an opportunity for delegates to reflect on immediate steps they can action, but also better understand those they need further support with. This is about building a ‘community of practice’.
