About our Masterclass

Our Dublin Masterclass has been carefully curated to deliver a collaborative in-person learning experience that is context-relevant and laser-focused on the unique challenges you and your teams face.

Alongside fellow cross-industry DE&I practitioners, we bring you expert facilitators who guide you through each session with action learning elements, to ensure you walk away with the evidence-based insights needed as change enablers.

This is about building your competencies, knowledge-sharing good practice, connecting you to thought leadership, and successfully achieving DE&I together.

Key Strategic Focuses

Creating Capacity for Change: Inclusive Business Transformation

Sustained organisational health should be about creating the capacity for change and requires not just strengthening diversity in talent and leadership, but also engaging your people effectively to reduce change failure, and ensure business transformation takes place at scale.

Areas of Discussion:

  • How do we expand the role of HR in responding to the challenges of accelerating organisational change as a result of integrating AI into our processes?
  • How do we expand DE&I from a talent recruitment, retention and reskilling investment to a process that supports successful strategic business transformation and accelerated profitability?
  • How do we prioritise impact collectively by engaging functional budget owners and creating and deploying KPIs that support change and engagement?
Unleash the Power of Data-Driven Culture Transformation

Practitioners recognise the crucial role data plays in delivering data-driven DE&I transformation; to make the right people decisions, we need to have access to evidence-based insights. But what does this mean in practice?

Areas of Discussion:

  • What opportunities does data present for leadership DE&I sponsorship?
  • How do organisations leverage data to make good people decisions?
  • How can data be collected and used to effectively measure progress?
  • How can we collect inclusive DE&I data while respecting data privacy policies such as GDPR?
Businesses as Anti-Racism Juggernauts: The National Action Plan Against Racism

As a society, Ireland is becoming more diverse, and with this, attitudes and actions towards differences must also change. Racism can be experienced differently by different groups but combating racism is a responsibility we all share, including our business communities.

Areas of Discussion:

  • The impact of systemic racism is seen in inequalities of outcome for multiply-marginalised communities, so how do businesses counter this through impactful community partnering?
  • How do businesses not just safeguard their people from experiencing racist microaggressions, prejudice, and discrimination in their workplaces, but also ensure those who do, are heard? Do they feel safe and comfortable reporting?
  • What accountability infrastructure such as policies, processes, and responsibilities need to be in place to ensure businesses are truly anti-racist?
Building Culturally Intelligent Teams

Transformational Leadership demands a new practice; one that is inclusive, values-led, purposeful, and underpinned by Cultural Intelligence CQ®.

Areas of Discussion:

  • How do cultural values influence our ability to lead in effective ways?
  • How does CQ allow us to grow our inclusive leadership capabilities?
  • How can we bridge differences across borders, international teams, and generations to build cultures of belonging?
