ERG Accelerator Programme
Shaping Employee Networks to Become Impactful Change Partners
Programme Overview
Never before has building inclusive cultures in our workplaces mattered more, especially in a polarised world defined by increasing levels of isolation and burnout. Recognising that effective Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are key enablers to make inclusion at work a reality is paramount.
Our bespoke ERG Accelerator Programme is tailored to address the challenges faced by your ERGs. It is delivered as a collaborative learning experience to equip your ERG leadership with the capabilities to become change enablers, and successfully work in partnership with senior leadership to foster cultures of belonging.
If we are to ensure ERGs are impactful, they must align with the expectations of their members and the organisation’s DE&I priorities. Experience suggests that this can be accomplished by clearly communicating the ERG’s purpose and goals, aligning each ERG’s activities with the corporate DE&I strategy, and lending sufficient organisational support to ERG leaders.
Bitesize Learning
Over the course of the Programme, comprising of 3 x 90-minute virtual workshops, our experienced facilitators draw from their wealth of expansive experience to walk ERG leaders step-by-step to become effective change partners.
- Workshop 1: Governance + Influence
- Workshop 2: Cultivating Partnerships
- Workshop 3: Intersectionality + Impact
We equip ERG leaders with the clarity and confidence in their purpose, roles and responsibilities, guide them in maturing their governance framework, and grow their capacity for action by unlocking their abilities to influence.
Connecting ERG leaders with their Executive sponsors, we bring together these stakeholders to explore what successful partnership looks like in practice and roadmap how they can support one another to deliver strategic alignment.
Fostering inter-ERG collaboration, we encourage making resource-sharing and joint organising the norm, not the exception, to centre an intersectional approach. Defining critical success factors and key metrics is a must if ERGs are to demonstrate their impact.
