Our CQ® Learning Experiences

Our in-person Masterclasses are tailored to address the cultural challenges you face, taking a deep-dive into the CQ® Model to build inclusion across cultures.  

Our Masterclasses are designed to be offered as full or half-day learning experiences. Enhancing learners’ self-insight, accompanying each Masterclass is a CQ® Pro Assessment, mapping out each learner’s unique CQ Profile as well as their cultural values and behavioural preferences.

Our 2-hour Cultural Values workshop offers research-based insights into how our cultural identities and behavioural preferences impact our leadership style, decision-making, and relationship-building capabilities. 

This workshop can be offered as a virtual or in-person learning experience. To enhance learners’ self-insight, accompanying each workshop is an evidence-based Cultural Values/Behavioural Preferences Assessment, mapping out each learner’s unique cultural values orientation to help them understand how these influence their actions.

Our CQ® eLearning comprising of online learning modules offers you a unique opportunity to scale CQ across your organisation to cover different geographies, functions, and teams.

Our 1-hour session introduces CQ as a concept, exploring how to build  culturally intelligent teams. It introduces the CQ® Model and begins to explore how our cultural values guide our thinking and impact our behaviours.   

Our CQ learning bites can be offered as once-off webinars or as a series, as well as in-person events.
